Best experience ever!! I felt like I was at the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory ❤️❤️ The staff was amazing and super bubbly. It felt like a real Disney experience. There were 12 different rooms I was able to experience and each were themed differently. My favorite room was the pineapple pit 🍍! I completely recommend going with a group of 4 or more!

I had a spectacular time visiting attractions with my cousins down in Miami but this was the most joyful one. Especially Kendra. She made the experience absolutely the best and was so gentle and fun towards my nieces and nephews. Before leaving Miami I definitely have to go back !

I’ve went there and it was so fun. I loved the experience and the enthusiasm of the two young girls there leading me. I believe their name were Melissa and Kendra. Besides the point, i found no flaws about this place. Definitely will visit again. My personal rating is 100/10.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We do not accept cash.

Visit ShowClix customer support by calling 1-888-850-8718. They can assist with your ticket exchange request. Note – Same day ticket exchanges are not available.

All tickets are non-refundable. You may exchange your tickets for another date while available via ShowClix customer service – see above!

Your ticket will grant you one-time access to our interactive experience where you will find over 12 unique environments and experiences, multiple fun photo ops, lots of yummy candy samples, play in our Pineapple Pit and go shopping in our exclusive gift shoppe and candy store.

Miami Sweet is the perfect location for your special event, celebration, team-building excursion or private party. Group packages can be purchased on our website. We also offer time-slot buyout where you can purchase tickets for 35 guests for a private experience.

Our Candy Crew will gladly assist you with family photos and group shots.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure entry at your purchased time slot. Any guests arriving less than 15 minutes prior or late will have to wait beyond their scheduled timeslot for re-entry.

Final entry is at 8:30pm. Guests will not be admitted after this time.

Your adventure through Miami Sweet lasts about an hour. You are welcome to shop in our gift shoppe afterwards.

Service animals are the only exception and must be on a leash.
